Thank you for shopping with Wallsio Art.

All products are made to order. Each wall art print or framed print is produced specifically after an order is placed. Please review the information below regarding production, shipping, and delivery.


Production Time

All orders are processed and produced within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, production time may be slightly extended. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.


Production & Delivery Time

Total delivery time consists of:

Production time + Shipping time

Estimated shipping times (after production):

  • Poland: 2–5 business days

  • Austria & Germany: 3–10 business days

  • European Union: 3–10 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–10 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 5–15 business days

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Wallsio Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Costs

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
No additional shipping fees apply.

All applicable shipping information is displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided via email after dispatch.

Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

If tracking information has not been received within 3 business days after dispatch confirmation, please contact:

Customs & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or additional charges that may apply in their country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Wallsio Art has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs office for further information prior to placing an order.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.

Wallsio Art is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping costs may apply to reship the order.

If an address error is noticed after placing an order, please contact support@wallsioart.com immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, please contact support@wallsioart.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging

A replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.

If a shipment does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. If the carrier confirms that the shipment is lost, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost.
