As our products are made-to-order wall art prints and framed prints produced specifically for each order, please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be in original, undamaged condition

Be unused and not mounted or installed

Be returned in its original packaging

Made-to-Order Products
All artworks sold on Wallsio Art are produced on demand specifically for each customer order.
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products:

Personalized or custom prints (custom text, images, or modifications) are non-returnable unless damaged or defective

Standard catalog prints remain eligible for returns within the 30-day return period
This policy complies with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We carefully produce and package every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and include:

After verification, we will offer:

A full refund
You will not be required to return severely damaged or defective items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
This right may not apply to custom or personalized products produced on demand (Article 16(c)).
Our 30-day return policy extends beyond the minimum legal requirement.
