We print on premium 200 gsm (80 lb) matte heavyweight fine art paper with a smooth, uncoated, non-reflective finish. Paper thickness is 0.22 mm for framed prints and 0.26 mm for unframed art prints. The paper is FSC-certified or sourced from equivalent sustainable forestry programs.

What is the frame made of?

Our frames are made of durable pine wood with a profile 20-25 mm thick (0.79-0.98 inches) and 10-14 mm wide (0.4-0.6 inches). Each framed print is protected by shatterproof plexiglass instead of glass for safer handling and shipping, and ships ready to hang with the included hanging kit.

Where are your prints made?

Each Wallsio Art print is produced in our European production partner's facilities, in the hub closest to your delivery address. This minimizes shipping distance, lowers carbon footprint, and ensures faster delivery — typically Europe, the US, or Australia depending on your location.

How long does production take?

1 to 3 business days. Each print is produced fresh after your order, never warehoused, never mass-produced. After production, free worldwide shipping takes 3-10 business days for EU and UK, 5-12 for US and Canada, 5-15 for Australia and rest of world.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. All Wallsio Art products come with a 2-year warranty under EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). If your print arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 2 years, contact support@wallsioart.com for replacement or refund.

Are your materials sustainable?

Yes. Paper is FSC-certified or sourced from equivalent sustainable forestry programs. Frames are made from pine wood from responsibly managed forests. Our print-on-demand model eliminates over-production and warehousing waste — we only print what you order, and we ship from the production hub closest to you to reduce transport emissions.
